Olissica Crystals specialises in crystals, minerals, jewellery, spiritual and related products.

Many of our products are created from natural materials. As a result, variations in colour, pattern, size, shape, inclusions, markings and formation are expected.

Natural characteristics such as fissures, inclusions, druzy pockets, pits, matrix, uneven surfaces and natural fractures are not necessarily faults.

Where a product is described as the exact piece pictured, you will receive the individual piece shown.

Where a product is described as an intuitive pick, the photographs are representative of the general appearance and quality available. The individual piece you receive will naturally vary.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and your device or screen settings.

3. Crystal Meanings & Spiritual Information

Information provided about the traditional, spiritual, metaphysical or energetic associations of crystals is supplied for general interest only.

Such information is based on traditions, beliefs and commonly associated practices and should not be interpreted as scientifically established fact.

Our products and information are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and they should not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or other appropriate advice.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

Although we take reasonable care to ensure prices and product information are accurate, errors can occasionally occur.

If we discover a significant pricing or product information error after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed using the correct information or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
